All Global DMS web-based products are updated monthly as part of your subscription fees. These updates consist of maintenance releases, new features and integrations based on client feedback.

You can reach our support department by facsimile at (800) 965-6419. Use the fax line to send your support technician printouts or written descriptions of an issue or enhancement to the software. Make sure we have your current fax number to expedite your request.
