Lake Hiawatha, N.J.-based eTrac, a  provider of Web-based appraisal software for the real estate appraisal industry, has unveiled  its new Microsoft.NET version of eTrac Web Studio.

The new Web site builder allows appraisers to build a truly unique site quickly and easily, in 10 minutes or less. The eTrac Web Studio package also includes a domain name, hosting, email accounts and visitor statistics.

“Appraisers are now able to get their business online without spending a great deal of time and money.  eTrac Web Studio is an inexpensive way for an appraiser to build a truly unique site designed for their specific needs,” said Matt McHale, vice president of marketing for eTrac.  “It’s so easy anyone can do it.”

eTrac Web Studio uses a simple, online, 8-step wizard to ensure success.  The theme selection includes both animated Flash and non-Flash based templates so appraisers have greater options and flexibility in creating their online presence.

The company has developed Web-based tools in the appraisal industry that are being used by thousands of appraisers nationwide. The software products provide traditional desktop functionality for clients who appreciate the flexibility of working via the Web.

“Our tools allow appraisers to be connected to all of their day-to-day production tools via the Web,” said McHale.
